Namibia is vast and on the south-western Atlantic coast of Africa. It is more than three times the size of Great Britian. Angola, Botswana and South Africa borders Namibia. The Caprivi Strip is a panhandle bordered by Zimbabwe and Zambia. The Namib Desert is one of the oldest deserts in the world and covers about 15% of Namibia with dunes. The north-west offers the Kaokoland mountains that run along the coast and further inland you will find the Etosha Pan. The orange river forms the border in the south and the Kunene, Kavango, and Zambezi rivers form the border in the north.
